Melissa Troutner has joined Morris, Nichols, Arsht & Tunnell as an associate in the firm’s intellectual property litigation group. David Arens and Carl Fleming have joined the Wilmington-based firm as associates in the business reorganization and restructuring group.
Troutner is the former law clerk to Judge Stanley S. Brotman, U.S. District Judge for the District of New Jersey, and also worked as an associate at Sullivan & Cromwell in New York.
Arens is the former law clerk of Hon. Cornelia A. Clark, Tennessee Supreme Court. He also has worked as an associate at Stites & Harbison in Nashville.
Fleming has served as an associate at Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy in New York, where he represented investment banks.
