A. From “The Four Agreements” by Don Miguel Ruiz: “Be impeccable with your word. Don’t take anything personally. Don’t make assumptions. Always do your best.”
Q. What is your biggest day-to-day challenge?
A. Accomplishing everything on my list.
Q. What is your secret to happiness and success?
A. Keeping an active prayer life.
Q. Where do you see yourself in five years?
A. As I assume the role as headmaster of Archmere Academy in July, I hope to be working with the students and their families to provide an exceptional educational experience.

Q. What did you want to be when you grew up?
A. I thought I wanted to possibly be an architect or a doctor, but I recall being impressed by my teachers and their sense of creativity and dedication.
Q. Name someone who has been a major influence on you.
A. My mother was a major influence in many ways; she just passed away at 90 this past August. She was my only parent after my father died when I was 13. She was a tremendous example of how to live.
Q. Briefly describe a pivotal moment in your life.
A. There are a number of key moments, but I believe meeting and marrying my wife was the most pivotal moment in my life.

A. Pope John Paul II, W.A. Mozart and Thomas Jefferson
