A woman had her purse stolen in Canby Park near Elsmere August 19 at 11 p.m.
The 46-year-old victim was walking along Maryland Avenue when she was approached by a man who grabbed her purse and fled east, according to Delaware State Police.
The purse contained $15.
The suspect is described as a Hispanic male, late 20’s to early 30’s, about 5’8” tall and heavy set, weighing close to 200 lbs and standing approximately 5'8" tall.
