A bill called the Marriage Protection Amendment was recently introduced in our state legislature.

This amendment to our state constitution simply states that marriage is a union between one man and one woman.  A majority of Americans have supported the amendment in every state where it has been put up to a vote because it is straightforward and common sense.

With this bill in place, the courts can not force churches to marry same sex couples or lose their tax-free status, or possibly be sued.

The marriage protection amendment is worthy of our support. You can find your legislator at delawarefamilies.org.
