A woman who paused on her walk on Beech Tree Lane in Hockessin, Friday August 15, to give a man directions at his request was lured to his automobile, to discover his genitalia exposed.
Police describe the man as an unshaven, dark skinned hispanic in his mid-40's and his automobile as a royal blue, late model GMC Yukon, which was parked in the area.
The man asked the victim for directions to a road nearby several times, and pretending he could not hear her answer, waved the victim closer. As she approached, she discovered he was exposed.
The vehicle fled the area and was last seen heading northbound on Old Lancaster Pike.
