Widener law graduate receives distinguished honor

J. Zachary Haupt of Wilmington, received the Honorable Helen S. Balick Award at The Widener University School of Law commencement.

The award is given by the Delaware Chapter of the Federal Bar Association to a graduating student who has demonstrated excellence in the study of bankruptcy or creditors’ rights.

Haupt is married to Jennifer Haupt and is the son of Jack Haupt of Walnut Creek, Calif. and Debbie Hoffman of Wilmington. He will practice at Bifferato, LLC in the commercial bankruptcy and commercial and corporate litigation departments.
