Center for the Creative Arts in Yorklyn volunteers celebrated a successful summer internship season with a party at the Yorklyn pool. This summer, 60 teen interns ages 13-17 put in more than 2,000 hours helping 1,800 campers express themselves through the arts by assisting in 150 classes over the 10-week camp, held at CCArts on Upper Snuff Mill Row. Pizza, cake, smiles, and splashes were shared as the enjoyed their new friendships, said CCArts Executive Director Carla Pastore.
