McMackin to chair Delaware State Bar Association's Labor and Employment Section

James McMackin III, an attorney with Wilmington law firm Morris James LLP, has been named chair of the Delaware State Bar Association’s Labor and Employment Section.

McMackin practices in the areas of employment, education and government relations law. He also counsels clients on contractual rights and obligations and compliance with education laws, wage and hour laws, prevailing HR requirements, hiring and termination.

The purpose of the Labor and Employment Law Section is to provide information, support and guidance to labor and employment lawyers, with particular focus on providing regular updates on labor and employment law.
