Chesapeake Utilities Corporation based in Dover, has named Matthew Kim assistant vice president.
In addition, Kevin J. Webber and Jeffrey S. Sylvester have been appointed to vice presidents of Florida Public Utilities Company and Sean Garguilo has been appointed to assistant vice president of BravePoint.
