A 21-year-old man was shot in the arm Monday night at the Claymont Train Station.
Police say the man was in the parking lot of the train station with a group of friends when a man approached him and shot him a single time. Police are still investigating the incident, but say the motive appears to be robbery.
The victim was transported to Crozier Chester Hospital in Pennsylvania where he was expected to undergo surgery Tuesday. Police say his injuries are not life threatening, however.
According to police, the gunman is black, in his early 20s and about 6 feet tall. He had his hair pulled back in a pony tail, was unshaven and was not wearing a shirt, police said.
