Kathleen McDonough, a labor and employment partner at Wilmington-based Potter Anderson & Corroon, has been named to a list of the nation’s 100 most powerful employment attorneys.
The list was prepared for “Human Resource Executive” magazine and honorees were nominated by 20,000 lawyers and judges nationwide.
McDonough, of Brandywine Hundred, focuses on all aspects of personnel policies and practices, with strong emphasis on litigation avoidance, and provides training on employment-related topics.
