Centreville, Del. —

For some, the Canby Grove concert series is within walking distance. For others, it’s a quick drive up Kennett Pike into the heart of the quaint, historic Centreville. For all, it’s a fun time for the family, and better yet, it’s free.

The last concert in the of the season, the Barbone Street Jazz Band will come to the park Monday, August 25, starting at 7 p.m.

The concert series, sponsored by the Centreville Civic Association, aims to help residents use Canby Grove as a community center. So, bring blankets or chairs to spread around the park gazebo. Bring a picnic, or pick one up from the Centreville Cafe. Chat with neighbors. Celebrate the joy of music.
